Andy Reckles is a multifaceted senior executive with business development, corporate finance, operation and sales expertise across the biotechnology, energy, manufacturing, retail, defense and finance industries, with 25+ years of global experience in C-level sales, leadership roles, Government contracting and as an entrepreneur. Andy is a “deal maker” with a keen ability to impact the sales or business development efforts of any organization. For over 25+ years, he has sold directly into Government and the C-suite, spending time directly marketing and selling to CEO’s, CFO’s, CTO’s, and COO’s across over a dozen different industry groups.

Sold Atlanta Electrical Distributors to WESCO (NYSE:WCC). Price cannot be disclosed due to NDA but was approximately $65mm.
Structured an $150mm JV Agreement with Cholla Pawnee Partners and Major Private Equity firm
Funded initial development round ($24mm) for Force Protection MRAP vehicles, helped develop assembly line and manufacturing processes and negotiated US TACOM/US Marine Command contracts for the acquisition of vehicles inexcess of $1bln.
Secured funding ($25mm) for Viragen, a US based biotechnology and genomics company for initial trials with “Dolly the Sheep” in Scotland for advanced genomics.
Funded and secured the largest (at the time) bio pharma licensing deal in Australian history with PsiVida (client) and Pfizer (partner) of over $165mm, included securing a $15mm investment from Pfizer as part of the agreements.
Aided online travel company, OneTravel, to emerge from bankruptcy and with a post-bankruptcy restructuring, including all D.I.P funding and post emergence capital totaling over$35mm
Sold SimplifyMd, a leading electronic medical records/software (EMR) Company, to Private Equity, for $14mm.
Sold JC Nationwide (Jackson & Coker), a premier US Temporary Physician Staffing Company to a Publicly Traded Medical Staffing firm, for $22mm, and led the investment round for the acquisition.
Structured and sold over $14mm of total investment into the US largest veterinary (pet) insurance company.
